Shipping

Please allow for 2 weeks processing time for your print order.

United States Shipping for Prints:

$6.00 for 5x7 Cards

$8.50 for 8x10in Giclee Prints

$10.00 for 11x14in Giclee Prints

We do not have International Shipping available at this time.

If you live outside the United States and wish to purchase prints, please contact valkat.fineart@gmail.com to coordinate shipping.

At this time all originals can only be arranged with the artist to be hand-delivered at this time, limiting the purchasing area to Central Wisconsin at this time.

Return Policy

All work is made to order, so we cannot accept returns.

However, if your print is damaged in transit, or in the unlikely event it arrives with a defect, we will replace it.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
